Meditation for Beginners Course


Hello and Welcome to the "Meditation for Beginners" Course! My name is Anastasia. I am a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher and I have created this course for everyone who is new to meditation and who is interested in practicing it. Throughout the course you will learn how to: - Take a proper meditation position - Connect with the body through the body scanning meditation - Connect with the surroundings through the five senses meditation - Connect with your feelings, emotions, and thoughts through meditation At the end of the course, we will put everything together - we will do one meditation that will bring everything together that we have practiced before.
