I have created a short video tutorial on how to apply mindfulness tools to our daily activities. I took a tea tasting routine as an example in this video, but you are welcome to apply mindfulness principles to coffee or another drink tasting. In the video, you will find a few steps on how to apply mindfulness through bringing awareness to our five senses, our body, and the present moment, to be “here and now”.
